I built this for myself first.
I’m a pharmacist and for years, I ran on empty. Constantly go, go, go. Tired, stressed, run down, getting sick more than I should. The pace of life wasn’t slowing down, so I had to find a way to take care of myself within it.
I started drinking tea as a way to reset. To force a pause. To wind down.
The more time I spent in that ritual, the more I realized it could be doing so much more. I started looking at what was actually in the teas I was drinking and what wasn’t. Nobody was formulating with real intention.
So I formulated my own.
